Its capabilities make the TTM-20 suitable for material testing laboratories and quality control applications requiring dependable results in accordance with international testing standards.

Advanced Features of the DSC-10TT Control and Measurement System
The DSC-10TT full-digital closed-loop control system provides precise control, high-speed data acquisition, and reliable measurement for the 20kN UTM - Universal Testing Machine TTM-20. Its combination of hardware-based processing, advanced servo control, and intelligent testing software supports accurate and repeatable material testing.
1. Advanced Closed-Loop Control
The DSC-10TT supports displacement, deformation, and speed closed-loop control, allowing users to adjust testing speed and control methods in real time. This flexibility supports a wide range of tensile, compression, bending, shearing, peeling, tearing, and other mechanical tests.
2. Comprehensive Safety Protection
The system incorporates both software and hardware safety protection to help prevent overload, overcurrent, overpressure, undervoltage, overspeed, and limit violations. These protective functions help maintain safe and stable operation during testing.
3. High-Resolution Data Processing
Three high-speed 24-bit A/D conversion channels provide precise signal acquisition with a resolution of up to ±1/300,000. This high-resolution processing supports consistent measurement accuracy throughout the testing process.
4. Stable and Reliable Communication
The DSC-10TT supports USB and serial communication interfaces for reliable data transmission between the control system and computer. Strong interference resistance helps maintain stable communication during testing and data acquisition.
5. Enhanced Signal Processing
The system provides three pulse signal capture channels, including one channel for displacement measurement and two channels for large deformation measurement. Its quadruple-frequency technology increases the effective pulse count by four times, with a maximum pulse capture frequency of 5 MHz for high-speed and precise position measurement.
6. Precision Servo Control
A digitally driven servo motor provides accurate motion and speed control. The PWM output frequency ranges from 0.01 Hz to 5 MHz, supporting precise servo operation and responsive control during material testing.
Key Benefits of the DSC-10TT Control and Measurement System
1. Advanced Digital Control Architecture
The DSC-10TT full-digital closed-loop control system is designed for precision material testing machines. It integrates advanced servo motor control chips with a multi-channel data acquisition and processing module to provide high-speed sampling, accurate control, and stable system performance. Its hardware-based architecture supports consistent operation and reliable test results.
2. High-Efficiency Professional Control Platform
