With advanced digital control and measurement technology, the 100kN Universal Testing Machine TTM-100 delivers consistent performance for a wide range of material testing applications and supports testing requirements based on international standards.

Advanced Control and Measurement Features
The DSC-10TT full-digital closed-loop control system provides precise control, high-speed data acquisition, and reliable measurement for the 100kN UTM - Universal Testing Machine TTM-100. Its advanced hardware and software architecture supports accurate testing across a wide range of material testing applications.
1. Advanced Control Flexibility
The system supports closed-loop control of displacement, deformation, and testing speed. Test speed and control methods can be adjusted in real time, providing flexible operation for different testing procedures and material requirements.
2. Comprehensive Safety Protection
A multi-level safety system combines software and hardware protection to help safeguard the testing machine during operation. Protection functions include overload, over-current, overpressure, under-voltage, overspeed, and other abnormal operating conditions.
3. High-Resolution Data Acquisition
The control system incorporates three high-speed 24-bit A/D conversion channels with an effective resolution of up to ±1/300,000. The system maintains high measurement resolution across the complete testing range for accurate load and deformation data.
4. Stable and Reliable Data Transmission
USB and serial communication interfaces provide reliable data transmission between the testing machine and computer. The communication architecture offers strong resistance to electrical interference, supporting stable operation and dependable data transfer.
5. Enhanced Pulse Signal Acquisition
Three pulse signal acquisition channels are provided, including one displacement channel and two deformation channels. Advanced quadruple-frequency technology increases the effective pulse count by four times, with a maximum capture frequency of 5 MHz for precise position and deformation measurement.
6. Precision Servo Motor Control
The system uses a digitally driven servo motor control signal with a PWM output frequency from 0.01 Hz to 5 MHz. This provides precise motor control and responsive crosshead movement during material testing.
Key Benefits of the DSC-10TT Control System
1. DSC-10TT Full-Digital Closed-Loop Control System
The DSC-10TT is a specialized digital control system developed for universal testing machines. It combines advanced servo motor control technology with multi-channel data acquisition and processing to provide high-speed sampling, precise control, and consistent test performance.
Its hardware-based architecture improves system stability and provides reliable control during demanding testing procedures.
2. High-Efficiency Professional Control Platform
The DSC-TT platform integrates a DSP (Digital Signal Processor) with an MCU (Microcontroller Unit). This architecture combines high-speed digital processing with comprehensive input/output control for responsive and accurate machine operation.
Dedicated hardware functions, including PWM and QEI motor control modules, enhance motion control and contribute to stable and safe testing performance.
3. Parallel Hardware-Based Sampling
An integrated ASIC (Application-Specific Integrated Circuit) enables synchronized sampling of load cell signals. Parallel hardware-based acquisition helps reduce errors associated with asynchronous load and deformation measurements, improving the accuracy and consistency of test results.
4. Position Pulse Signal Filtering
The optical encoder position acquisition module incorporates a 24-stage signal filter to shape and filter pulse signals. This helps minimize incorrect pulse counts caused by electrical interference and provides accurate crosshead position tracking.
5. Optimized Low-Level Hardware Control
ASIC-based hardware manages functions such as signal acquisition and condition monitoring, helping reduce communication delays within the control system. Dedicated PID calculation hardware improves control response speed and supports real-time closed-loop operation.
This architecture enables faster control adjustments, precise motion regulation, and stable testing performance.
DSC-10TT System Performance and Software Functions
The DSC-10TT control and measurement system features a Windows-compatible software interface with real-time test curve display, data processing, and analysis functions. Its graphical interface provides an intuitive way to monitor testing progress and evaluate material behavior.
The modular software architecture simplifies operation and supports efficient test data management. Test information is stored through an MS Access database, providing convenient organization, retrieval, and management of testing records. Compatibility with Microsoft Office allows test data and reports to be transferred into commonly used document and spreadsheet formats.
User Access and Permission Management
The software includes a hierarchical user management system that assigns access according to user permissions. Different operators can be granted access to specific functions and operation modules, while the super administrator can manage user accounts and system permissions.
Test Program and Standards Management
The testing software provides comprehensive test management functions. Users can configure measurement units, create customized test programs, and set testing procedures according to applicable standards.
The system can also generate test reports containing test results, curves, and relevant measurement data. Real-time equipment status information helps users monitor machine conditions, operating steps, and extensometer switching status during testing.
Real-Time Curve Display and Analysis
The software supports multiple curve types, including load-deformation and load-time curves. Multiple test curves can be displayed and compared in real time for easier evaluation of material behavior.
Users can zoom into specific sections of a curve for detailed analysis, select feature points automatically or manually, and add curve labels for inclusion in test reports.
Automatic Test Data Storage and Retrieval
Test results are automatically stored to help reduce the risk of data loss. A fuzzy search function allows users to locate historical test records using different search conditions.
Data from tests performed at different times can also be merged and compared, providing a convenient method for evaluating test results. A built-in backup function further supports test data protection and management.
Microsoft Office Compatibility and Report Generation
The software uses an MS Access database for test data storage and integrates with Microsoft Office applications. Test reports can be saved in Microsoft Word or Excel formats, while raw test data can be accessed for material research, evaluation, and further analysis.
Automatic Test Parameter Calculation
When an extensometer is used, the system can automatically calculate important material parameters, including ReH, ReL, Rp0.2, Fm, Rt0.5, Rt0.6, Rt0.65, Rt0.7, Rm, and E.
Test calculation results can be customized according to the selected testing method and presented in graphical formats for convenient review and reporting.
Automatic Extensometer Removal
The system provides an automatic extensometer removal function that detects the transition from yield behavior to displacement measurement. When the required testing condition is reached, the software can notify the operator that extensometer removal is appropriate.
Automatic Crosshead Return
After a test is completed, the automatic return function can move the crosshead back toward its initial position. This helps simplify post-test operation and prepares the 100kN Universal Testing Machine for the next test.
Automatic Calibration
The calibration function allows load and elongation measurement settings to be adjusted using standard reference inputs. This helps maintain measurement accuracy and supports routine system verification.
Full-Range Measurement and Automatic Range Switching
The DSC-10TT provides full-range measurement without traditional measurement classification. Its modular electrical hardware supports system expansion, maintenance, and component replacement.
An automatic range-switching function dynamically adjusts the displayed measurement curve according to the applied test force and deformation, helping users clearly monitor results throughout the complete testing process.
