The ToronBWS™ 100 is a ground-level, conveyor-fed system designed for standalone bulky waste processing operations. A metal chain plate conveyor transfers waste into the dual-shaft shredder, while an integrated magnetic separator extracts ferrous metals. A belt conveyor then transports the remaining shredded material to the next processing or storage stage. This configuration is well suited to recycling facilities operating a dedicated bulky waste processing line independently of transfer station or compaction activities.
Bulky Waste Processing System (ToronBWS™ 200TS)
The ToronBWS™ 200TS features a tower structure designed specifically for waste transfer station operations. Its infeed hopper and auxiliary feeder deliver material from above into the dual-shaft shredder. Following shredding, the processed material is discharged through a belt conveyor directly into the facility's compaction stage. This arrangement is ideal for transfer stations with restricted floor space that require shredding equipment integrated immediately before compaction, eliminating an additional material-handling step.
